Operations Manager – Coffee Retail

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the daily activities of a Kenangan Coffee store, ensuring smooth operations, high product quality, and excellent customer service. This role reports to senior management and works closely with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store staff, including baristas and cashiers; create schedules and assign tasks.
• Maintain outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory management, stock checks, and ordering to keep sufficient supplies.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs; implement promotions and local marketing initiatives.
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients, equipment, and finished products to uphold brand quality.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail or food‑service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for coffee products.
• Basic math skills for inventory and sales data handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
