Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily KPI performance of Central Luzon delivery agents, ensuring accurate billing, shipment tracking, and compliance with forwarding procedures. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth logistics operations and supporting the finance and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily shipment arrivals, sorting, fleet planning, and scanning for delivery using the Far Eye system.
• Identify and report discrepancies, incidents, and potential claims, preparing incident reports as needed.
• Track undelivered, unclaimed, or unwithdrawn shipments at agent facilities.
• Verify submission of PODs, sales invoices, delivery receipts, cheques, and related billing documents.
• Review and audit billing invoices before approval in the Fusion system.
• Ensure 100% scanning, updating, and encoding of data in the Far Eye system.
• Compile weekly and monthly accrual data for finance submission.
• Monitor collection of cash and cheque remittances from agents.
• Audit office supply requests and enforce ice gel replacement procedures.
• Support zero‑claims monitoring and perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• College graduate.
• 1–2 years experience in forwarding logistics.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Far Eye logistics system (or similar tracking platforms).
