Operations and Preventive Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Operations and Preventive Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing the preventive maintenance plan for assigned machines at our Batangas plant and performing timely repairs when breakdowns occur.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation failures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in line with company standards.
• Ensure all work complies with food safety regulations such as HACCP and FDA guidelines.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in food technology is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in machine repair and maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends.
