Onsite IT Support Specialist – Bulacan & Makati

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Onsite IT Support Specialist to provide comprehensive desktop and network support at our Bulacan office, with occasional visits to our Makati site. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and user account issues while ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows 10/11 operating systems and business applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Manage user accounts and provide basic support for Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity and VPN issues.
• Coordinate with remote teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities and maintain asset inventory.
• Document support activities and produce regular reports.
• Provide occasional onsite assistance at the Makati office as needed.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in IT field services or desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, VPN, and networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the Makati site.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
