About the role
Sutherland, a global provider of technology and business process services, is hiring Customer Service Consultants in Clark. The consultants act as the point of contact for consumers, handling inbound calls and inquiries about products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service to consumers.
- Respond to inquiries about products and services, including processing payments and performing general account maintenance.
- Up-selling customers to new products or services may be encouraged.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level to support a high volume of inbound calls.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading required.
- Multi-tasking skills using several applications; experience with CRM applications preferred.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
