Online ESL Tutor for Adult Business English (Remote)

About the role

EDGE Tutor is seeking qualified English teachers to deliver Business English lessons to adult learners worldwide. The position is fully remote and can be taken as part-time or full‑time, with flexible peak‑hour schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive 1‑on‑1 and group English lessons tailored to business professionals.
• Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve confidence and fluency.
• Maintain an inclusive, culturally respectful virtual classroom environment.
• Track attendance and progress, ensuring at least 25 teaching hours per week.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any field) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience as a BPO trainer, corporate communicator, virtual assistant, or teacher.
• Reliable teaching equipment meeting the technical specifications listed.
• Availability to work peak hours across multiple time zones and a willingness to work one weekend day.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computer meeting CPU, RAM, storage, and OS requirements.
• Stable wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and upload.
