Online English Teacher – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic online English teachers to deliver 25‑minute, one‑on‑one lessons to Chinese children aged 4‑12. Classes are conducted via the ClassIn platform, using digital whiteboards, props and interactive activities to develop speaking and reading skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging 25‑minute English lessons for children aged 4‑12.
• Use ClassIn’s digital tools, whiteboard and props to create interactive learning experiences.
• Follow the peak‑hour schedule (Monday‑Sunday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM CST).
• Maintain a high‑energy classroom presence and monitor student progress.
• Ensure reliable technical setup (laptop, high‑speed internet, HD camera, microphone).

Required profile

• Near‑native English speaker, American‑style accent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of online ESL teaching experience.
• TEFL or equivalent certification preferred.
• Reliable Wi‑Fi connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ClassIn online teaching platform.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools and virtual whiteboards.
• Comfort with video‑based instruction (HD camera, microphone).
