About the role
The Onboarding & Activation Specialist is a post‑sale, revenue‑driven position focused on turning newly closed accounts into fully operational clients. Working on‑site in Manila, you will ensure that each account is staffed, activated, and ready to generate value for the business.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for newly signed accounts.
- Verify that all required staff positions are filled and documented.
- Activate accounts in the company system and confirm operational readiness.
- Track activation milestones and report status to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve any onboarding issues.
Required profile
- Experience in post‑sale onboarding or account activation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
- Revenue‑focused mindset with a drive to ensure successful account launch.
- Comfortable working on‑site in an office environment.
