Onboarding Account Manager (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

WeAssist is seeking a remote Onboarding Account Manager to guide newly‑hired outsourced professionals through their first 90 days. The role ensures a smooth transition for clients and professionals, maintaining high performance standards while supporting internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 90‑day check‑in calls with clients to monitor performance, gather feedback and address challenges.
• Lead hand‑off calls before an outsourced professional starts, setting expectations and sharing best practices.
• Organise VA catch‑up sessions to resolve client concerns and provide coaching.
• Run graduation calls to finalize onboarding and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings and manage related administrative tasks.
• Maintain clear communication channels between clients, outsourced professionals and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding, account management or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
