About the role
Serve as a key support in delivering critical online training and webinars to front‑line Branch Managers and Relationship Officers, while taking an active role in planning employee engagement events that foster a strong corporate culture.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver online training sessions and webinars for branch staff.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events.
- Create engaging and persuasive promotional content to boost product visibility.
- Gain hands‑on experience in corporate communication and presentation design.
- Organize and maintain key departmental documents to support efficiency.
- Own task delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled as a third‑ or fourth‑year Marketing student.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Adaptable, highly motivated, and proactive learner with a desire for professional development.
- Strong interest in pursuing a long‑term career within the banking industry.
