About the role
We are looking for an Office Staff member to support a range of back‑office functions at Chemisol Inc., a leading provider of high‑quality chemical products. The position is open to candidates who are interested in billing, operations, human resources, purchasing or treasury activities and will work on‑site in Manila.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the billing team with invoice preparation and tracking.
- Support daily operational tasks such as record keeping and coordination between departments.
- Provide basic administrative help to the HR, purchasing and treasury units, including data entry and document management.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure timely processing of internal requests.
Required profile
- Willingness to work in an on‑site office environment.
- Interest in learning and supporting billing, operations, HR, purchasing or treasury processes.
