About the role

The Organization Development (OD) Director will lead company‑wide change initiatives for a retail organization based in Quezon City. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategies that boost performance, culture, and growth while aligning structure and talent with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement OD frameworks that drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Lead data‑driven analyses to identify improvement opportunities across the organization.
• Partner with business units to align talent strategies with commercial goals.
