Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

Alcedo Business Consulting is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide on‑site occupational health services for its employees. The role combines clinical care, IV therapy, and front‑office support in a fast‑moving business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic nursing care, and initial health assessments for employees.
• Perform IV Therapy procedures, including insertion, monitoring, and discontinuation.
• Coordinate medical referrals and maintain confidential health records, medical clearances, and fit‑to‑work documents.
• Monitor medical supplies, medicines, and basic equipment, and support wellness programs and safety inspections.
• Assist with reception duties, visitor coordination, routine inquiries, documentation, and basic HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with an active PRC Registered Nurse license.
• At least one year of experience in company or occupational health nursing.
• Minimum one year of hands‑on IV Therapy experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site in Makati City.
