Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse will provide on‑site clinical care for employees, handling both occupational and non‑occupational health issues. The role supports health screenings, consultations, and promotes a safe workplace environment in Lipa, Batangas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care for occupational and general health cases on site.
• Interpret health screening results and advise appropriate interventions.
• Assist the company doctor during medical examinations and consultations.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Manage inventory of medicines and supplies, ensuring cost‑effective usage.
• Monitor employee health trends, provide guidance for chronic conditions, and help employees work within their health limitations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Possess a valid TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, NBI clearance, bank account, and vaccination card.
• Open to candidates with or without prior clinical experience, recent board passers, or career shifters.
• Willing to start within 7 days and be assigned to Lipa.

Required skills

• Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• First Aid certification.
