About the role

The Medical City Ortigas is looking for a motivated Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing teams across assigned units. This position supports the department head in delivering safe, high‑quality patient care while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the department head with planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating clinical nursing activities.
• Supervise daily operations of assigned units to ensure efficient, patient‑centered care.
• Monitor staff performance against institutional policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead innovation and process‑improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, nursing protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to foster a outcomes‑driven environment.
• Participate in audits, performance reviews, and data‑driven evaluations of unit performance.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines.
• Post‑graduate program or Master’s degree in Nursing or Hospital Management/Administration (must be completed within five years of enrollment).
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a tertiary nursing unit.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience as a Head Nurse, managing a nursing unit.
