Nurse Coordinator – Contact Center

About the role

Clinical Trial Media is looking for a compassionate Nurse Coordinator to join its remote Contact Center team. You will provide phone‑based support to patients and caregivers interested in clinical research studies, helping them understand study details and assess eligibility.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from patients and caregivers.
• Follow scripted guidelines to explain clinical trial information.
• Compare patient information with study eligibility criteria and document outcomes.
• Enter accurate data into the company’s software while on the phone.
• Maintain an 8‑hour workday schedule with designated breaks and lunch.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a caring, patient‑focused attitude.
• Detail‑oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a high‑volume call environment.
• Strong active‑listening skills and ability to clarify information.
• Reliable and comfortable working independently from home.
