New Product Introduction Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Introduction Engineer to lead end‑of‑line (EOL) process development for molded power modules. You will act as the bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring smooth transfer of new designs into production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enable EOL processes for transfer‑molded power modules.
• Analyze power module designs and propose process improvements.
• Maintain and update DFMEA and generate linked PFMEA.
• Define key process input variables (KPIV) and output variables (KPOV) and assess process capability.
• Produce technical reports using statistical tools (JMP, Minitab).
• Create process deliverables such as Control Plans and D/PMEA.
• Initiate new equipment and processes in collaboration with suppliers and technical leaders.
• Generate purchase specifications, conduct buy‑offs, and develop COO documentation.
• Benchmark and roadmap EOL molding technologies.
• Design tooling and jigs, ensure readiness, and lead technicians/operators.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in power module package development.
• Degree or Master’s in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with transfer‑molded or gel‑filled power modules (e.g., Intelligent Power Module, Dual‑Side Cooling Module).
• Proficiency with statistical software (JMP, Minitab), Auto‑CAD and MS‑Office (PowerPoint).
• Self‑motivated, independent, and able to manage people and tasks.
