NetSuite Demo Excellence Consultant

About the role

The Demo Excellence Consultant partners with NetSuite pre‑sales teams across JAPAC to design, build, and maintain high‑impact demo environments that showcase customer stories. You will combine functional NetSuite expertise with problem‑solving and collaboration to influence how the solution is presented to prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather demo requirements and translate them into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Design and maintain demo data supporting strategic industry and vertical use cases.
• Configure NetSuite environments, including SuiteSuccess, features, workflows, customisations, data imports, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales and Professional Services to enhance demo and customer accounts with leading‑practice solutions.
• Support the full demo asset lifecycle—from build and documentation through release readiness and enablement.
• Provide front‑line support for demo‑system issues across the pre‑sales community.
• Collaborate with NetSuite Support for issue reproduction, root‑cause analysis, and resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation to ensure demo assets are scalable, reusable, and easy to adopt.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite configuration and functional processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and how technology supports customer outcomes.
• Confidence working with workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reporting, data imports, and account setup.
• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast‑moving regional environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in supporting sales success.
