Motor Pool Supervisor

About the role

The Motor Pool Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery are ready to meet the company's operational needs. This role oversees personnel, coordinates daily schedules, and guarantees compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily activities of service vehicles, heavy‑equipment operators, laborers, and on‑site crews to meet project milestones.
• Manage performance and utilization of service vehicles and equipment such as cranes, trucks, loaders, graders, and compressors.
• Coordinate equipment provision and usage with other departments on marine and industrial projects.
• Prepare status reports on equipment and vehicle conditions.
• Oversee all repairs, maintenance, and spare‑part requests.
• Prepare cost estimates for repair and rehabilitation projects.
• Schedule repair activities and obtain manager approval.
• Ensure vehicle registration and renewal compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate personnel performance.
• Ensure adherence to government and company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• At least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office and Open Office.
• Strong attention to detail, results‑oriented, well‑organized, self‑motivated, and good analytical abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
