Mortgage Broker Assistant – Remote, Up to PHP45K

About the role

We are looking for a Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our remote team and support the processing of Australian home loans. The role offers a day‑shift schedule, weekends off, and a competitive salary up to PHP45,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from initial submission through approval and settlement.
• Coordinate with lenders to obtain required documentation and updates.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
• Track loan approvals, monitor timelines, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow end‑to‑end processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of mortgage or financial services preferred.

Required skills

• CRM software proficiency.
