Mid-level Software Engineer – Manila

About the role

We are expanding our tech team in the Philippines and are looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer to join Burt’s Manila office. You will work in a small, efficient team that serves international media customers, handling large advertising data sets and building data‑driven products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Success and Sales to solve customer problems and shape the platform roadmap.
• Maintain and improve the data platform that normalises, enriches and consolidates data from hundreds of sources.
• Develop new features for customer‑facing applications, forecasting models, AI‑powered workflows and integration services.
• Move fluidly between different problem domains, from web development to data engineering and machine‑learning support.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new technologies and tools.
• Strong curiosity, problem‑solving ability and willingness to learn.
• Either a recent graduate with a rapid learning pace or a professional with a few years of experience ready to contribute from day one.
• Based in or near Manila and able to work in a semi‑remote (hybrid) setting.
