Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Trainer (Fixed Day Shift)

About the role

Qwrk is looking for an enthusiastic Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Trainer to join its Software Services team. You will act as the in‑house Microsoft expert, designing, building and delivering training that boosts the team’s capability across Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programs for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related tools.
• Plan, execute and track the full training lifecycle, from curriculum creation to progress monitoring.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual sessions using presentations, labs, case studies and interactive discussions.
• Maintain and enhance Qwrk’s Learning Management System and learning ecosystem.
• Support individual development plans (IDPs) and collaborate with senior leadership on skill development.
• Stay current with Microsoft releases, cybersecurity requirements and emerging AI technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience training adult learners.
• At least 2 years creating learning modules.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, including CRM configuration/customisation.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Statistics or a related field.
• Microsoft or PMP certifications are a plus.
