Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Consultant (Remote)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Consultant to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will work on designing, customizing, and integrating D365 solutions that meet business needs while collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and enhance D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
• Develop integrations between D365 and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP/CRM solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement).
• Strong experience in D365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, or Power Platform.
• Experience with system integrations and API‑based development.
