MHE Operator – Reach Truck

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to join DHL Supply Chain’s warehouse team. The role involves operating reach trucks and other equipment to support inbound and outbound processes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily shift handover and performance dialogues.
• Conduct SLAM 360, stock cycle counts, and daily BBS inspections.
• Perform inbound tasks such as break‑bulk handling and repackaging, and outbound tasks including picking and packing.
• Enter inventory data into the Warehouse Management System and assist with basic stocktaking.
• Maintain and inspect MHE equipment according to SOPs and EHS regulations.
• Contribute continuous‑improvement ideas and attend quarterly work‑instruction refreshers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift or reach‑truck operator certification.
• Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar equipment.
• Good physical fitness for lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.

Required skills

• Reach truck operation.
• Forklift operation.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) data entry.
• Basic inventory cycle counting.
