MEPF Fit-Out Manager

About the role
This managerial position leads a team responsible for interior fit‑out and renovation projects inside malls across Luzon. The role may require assignments to provincial sites, with lodging and allowances provided.
Key responsibilities
- Lead coordination among Mall Administration, City Hall Engineering Office, and the Workswell Renovations team (architect, purchaser, project head).
- Provide daily reports, solve on‑site problems, and forecast material needs and methodologies.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Required profile
- Extensive prior work experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
- High energy, enthusiastic outlook, and strong decision‑making efficiency.
- Ability to work on provincial sites with provided lodging and allowances.
- Knowledge of electrical and air‑conditioning fundamentals is a plus.
