Member of Technical Staff - Legal Research (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specialized in Legal Research to join a global software development leader. This full‑time remote position focuses on translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into actionable technical solutions that support product development and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Design and build technical frameworks and automation tools for legal research.
• Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to embed legal insights into product features.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Produce technical documentation and compliance guidelines for development teams.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proficiency with legal research methodologies and tools.
• Experience conducting regulatory analysis and working within compliance frameworks.
• Ability to convert legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
