About the role

The Medical City South Luzon is seeking skilled and detail‑oriented Medical Technologists to support both clinical and research initiatives. The role involves performing a wide range of laboratory tests, ensuring accurate sample processing, and contributing to high‑quality patient care and scientific discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests and analyses for clinical and research needs.
• Process samples accurately and timely while maintaining strict quality control.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, researchers, and team members to provide insights for clinical decisions and research outcomes.
• Maintain detailed records, documentation, and inventory of laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Stay updated on developments in medical technology and laboratory practices.
• Assist in training and supervising junior medical technologists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology.
• Valid RMT license.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
