Medical Representative

About the role

Viatris is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its portfolio of high‑quality medicines. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering educational activities, and supporting product availability across hospitals and drugstores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit doctors regularly and provide detailed product information.
• Organise and conduct promotional activities such as continuing medical education sessions, product detailing programs, round‑table discussions, symposiums, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain a Territory Master Work Plan to guide MD calls and program implementation.
• Monitor sales trends, product movement, and inventory levels at hospital pharmacies.
• Gather competitive intelligence and perform benchmarking analyses.
• Coordinate with Channel Development Managers to ensure product availability in all outlets.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• PRC license as a Medical Representative.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain and healthcare services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Demonstrated agility and willingness to travel.
