Medical Officer – Telehealth & Clinical Operations

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Medical Officer to lead and optimise its digitally‑enabled medicine programmes and telehealth services. You will ensure high‑quality patient care while overseeing the day‑to‑day performance of its healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare operations and monitor key performance indicators to guarantee patient safety and program quality.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and provide expert clinical advice on complex medical cases.
• Lead, train, and mentor the Telehealth team to deliver high‑quality virtual healthcare.
• Partner with business and account teams, contributing medical expertise to align clinical and commercial goals.
• Manage daily patient care, maintain accurate records, and conduct direct patient consultations when required.

• Strong medical knowledge to ensure good patient care and program performance.
• Ability to resolve escalated operational issues and advise on complex cases.
• Leadership and mentoring skills for guiding a Telehealth team.
