Medical Doctor (Internal Medicine) – Night Shift, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician to lead and manage our medical and clinical operations on a night‑shift schedule. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–3 days onsite in Makati and the remainder remote, with work aligned to US holidays and weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee medical and clinical operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care.
• Provide clinical guidance and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Review complex cases and support medical decision‑making.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Board‑certified (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
• Completed residency training.
• Willingness to work night shift.
• Residence within 50 km of Makati.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
