Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Media Executive to join our performance‑driven team at M&C Saatchi Performance. You will work closely with senior colleagues to plan, execute and optimise digital media campaigns that meet our clients' performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in managing and executing media plans across social and programmatic platforms.
• Support the media planner throughout the campaign lifecycle, including execution, pacing checks, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Operate media management systems on platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with media owners, agency partners and internal specialists to ensure timely launch of deliverables.
• Analyse data to identify optimisation levers and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Build and update performance reports that translate insights into actionable client recommendations.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and tracking issues.
• Work with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely campaign financial administration.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency or performance‑media environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused industry.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, clients, internal teams) is a plus.
