Mechanical Engineer (Facilities)

About the role

AUMOVIO is seeking a Mechanical Engineer specialized in facilities to lead production line installations and related projects. The role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver production line installations and other projects on schedule, achieving product SOP.
• Calculate mechanical Bill of Materials and provide up‑to‑date cost estimates.
• Initiate and manage energy projects to generate sustainable savings.
• Prepare conceptual designs, detailed designs, and functional specifications for mechanical systems.
• Conduct site inspections, assess existing mechanical infrastructure, and integrate findings into project designs.
• Support pre‑bid meetings, review supplier bids, and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Develop detailed implementation timelines using S‑Curve and Critical Path analysis.
• Produce shop drawings for variation orders and verify cost appropriateness.
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and government agencies to secure permits and maintain standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering production line installations and facility projects.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and optimize spending.
• Experience in preparing mechanical designs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Effective communication with stakeholders, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
