Meat & Fish Preparation Staff

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Meat & Fish Preparation Staff member to join our production line. The role involves handling raw meat and fish, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting the smooth flow of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times.
• Verify the completeness, availability, and quality of production materials and report any issues to the Team Leader.
• Cut, weigh, and pack meat and fish products following company guidelines.
• Record critical process control data and ensure all specifications are met.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and ensure accurate documentation of orders.
• Apply correct product codes and labels.
• Turn off all equipment properly at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area after each shift.

Required profile

• Prior experience in meat and fish preparation.
• Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts and extended hours during peak periods.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision.
