Material Handler – Semiconductor Production

About the role

The Material Handler supports the semiconductor production line by ensuring smooth material flow, operating equipment, and maintaining high quality standards. This position works closely with production technicians and line coordinators to achieve optimal throughput, yield, and cycle time.

Key responsibilities

• Follow semiconductor manufacturing requirements such as ESD, 5S, and C.C.S.
• Operate production equipment or perform assigned tasks according to work instructions.
• Report problems promptly to production technicians.
• Comply with IATF16949 and EHS standards.
• Assist the line coordinator in meeting production goals.
• Handle raw, auxiliary materials and tools correctly to support efficient manufacturing.
• Participate in TPM and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Complete work sheets accurately to document results.
• Perform any additional temporary tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Middle school certificate or higher; technical certificate preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience with shift work is a plus.
