Marketing Specialist – Digital Campaigns

About the role

Join Cebu Pacific’s Marketing and Customer Experience team as a Marketing Specialist focused on digital campaigns for the airline’s promotional segments. You will help shape how the brand connects with travelers across the Philippines, turning seat‑sale offers into memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise marketing campaigns for promo segments such as seat‑sales, web and social media content.
• Maintain branding standards across all communications, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistent brand tone.
• Strategize, run and optimise advertising campaigns for promotional segments.
• Create and manage web and social media content calendars.
• Collaborate with agencies, artists, influencers and other creative partners on digital projects.
• Analyse campaign performance data and provide optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience in the Philippine market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management preferred (not mandatory).
• Strong interest in market insights for travel, airline or e‑commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with creative teams and external agencies.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
