Marketing Officer

About the role

As a Marketing Officer you will shape and execute marketing strategies that grow the brand, increase visibility and connect with families and children. You will work closely with creative, product and sales teams to deliver child‑focused campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, demographics and competitor activity and translate insights into effective campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing, child‑friendly content for digital, social and offline media while maintaining brand voice.
• Manage digital initiatives including social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships and online advertising.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance, assess ROI and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, pop‑up shops and other events to showcase the brand.
• Align marketing activities with product launches, promotions and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors and influencers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, fashion or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media strategy.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling in a child‑ and family‑focused context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with results‑driven problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events and brand activations.
