Marketing Manager – Mall (Tuguegarao)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and events strategy for a major shopping mall in Tuguegarao. The role combines creative campaign development with strong stakeholder management to boost foot traffic and tenant sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor mall events and marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement and drive traffic.
• Coordinate advertising initiatives across multiple media channels, working closely with creative teams, media partners and suppliers.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with tenants, brands and third‑party collaborators to amplify marketing impact.
• Maintain compliance with marketing policies, ensure accurate documentation and oversee task management.
• Promote continuous learning and talent development through training programs and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in marketing, events management or advertising.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic graphic‑design knowledge (advantageous).
