About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for the flour business unit of San Miguel Mills. This role is responsible for strengthening the brand, influencing customer preference and delivering sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive market leadership.
- Oversee brand positioning, communication, and promotional activities across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with product development, sales and finance teams to ensure portfolio expansion and profitability.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related business field; graduate degree is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- At least 7 years of hands‑on marketing experience within FMCG, Food Service or flour‑related businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering successful brand and growth initiatives.
