Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaigns

About the role

Klook is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand and campaign initiatives in the Philippines. You will own the end‑to‑end campaign calendar, drive brand‑led projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost Klook’s visibility and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end campaign strategies, planning and operations for assigned categories and new verticals.
• Maintain the overall campaign calendar and promotion plan, ensuring alignment with global marketing guidelines.
• Support brand initiatives by tracking brand health metrics and strengthening key brand associations.
• Partner with the partnerships team to create brand collaborations that capture target audience sub‑segments.
• Design insight‑driven campaign plans, conduct competitor analysis, define target audiences and craft clear calls‑to‑action.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and conduct post‑campaign analyses to optimise future tactics.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including social media, design, CRM, KOLs, product and business development—to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay informed on market trends and leverage internal and external data to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level marketing experience, preferably in the travel or experiences sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and brand projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in defining metrics and evaluating performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
