Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Communications Specialist reports to the Marketing Manager or Director and drives a range of marketing and communications initiatives for external customers, internal employees, and other stakeholders. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across presentations, social media, internal communications, market research, and lead‑generation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain client‑facing presentations, transforming complex data into clear, visually compelling content using approved brand templates.
• Collaborate with the Global Creative team on complex design needs while independently managing presentation formatting and maintenance.
• Plan and execute social‑media strategies, internal communications, and public‑relations materials such as news releases.
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and create editorial and thought‑leadership content.
• Partner with sales and account‑management teams to produce sales collateral, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Manage marketing databases, email‑marketing platforms, and CRM systems; execute email campaigns and lead‑nurturing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate B2B marketing or communications, preferably supporting sales‑driven organizations.
• Strong ability to condense technical information into concise, clear messages.
• Highly organized with proven project‑management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Familiarity with email‑marketing and marketing‑automation platforms.
• Experience using Ceros or similar digital experience platforms.
