Marketing Associate

About the role

The Marketing Associate will support Global Markets and its Sales Teams by delivering marketing materials, conducting research, and ensuring projects align with business objectives and customer needs. This role offers a great entry‑level opportunity to gain experience in project coordination, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing marketing support requirements, including research and development of marketing collateral, while coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor progress and outcomes of assigned marketing projects, generate reports, and provide insights to strengthen competitive advantage.
• Support budget tracking, ensuring projects stay within approved financial limits and processing payments to external suppliers.
• Address inquiries, requests, and concerns related to marketing initiatives to facilitate smooth implementation.
• Help manage the overall marketing budget, reviewing quotations and proposals for compliance with budgetary constraints.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools (messaging, voice, video) and basic marketing platforms such as email, social media, and websites.
