About the role

Join the marketing team of The Palace Manila, the premier nightlife destination in the Philippines. You will help shape both online and on‑ground experiences for a vibrant mix of local and international guests, supporting high‑profile events and brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team by completing assigned tasks and assisting with day‑to‑day activities.
• Propose and execute creative ideas to enhance the online and on‑ground experience of assigned outlets.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special events and on‑ground marketing activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Heads in sponsor meetings to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
• Facilitate onboarding and execution of sponsor deliverables, ensuring all commitments are met.
• Coordinate on‑ground marketing activities with Operations and Guest Experience teams for seamless execution.
• Create detailed post‑mortem reports for sponsors to evaluate campaign success and improvement areas.
• Act as liaison between Marketing and other departments (Operations, Admin, etc.) during briefings.
• Continuously seek and onboard new hosts and promoters while nurturing relationships with in‑house promoters, hosts, and sponsors.
• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Provide support for social media management: daily posting, copywriting, platform updates, and managing paid promotions in collaboration with the ADs agency.
