Marketing Analyst (CRM) – Campaign Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Analyst (CRM) to join our dynamic marketing team in Mandaluyong City. This full‑time, night‑shift position focuses on analysing CRM data and evaluating the performance of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data and campaign performance metrics to uncover trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate direct‑marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that present ROI, performance and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis on messaging, targeting and creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop customer segmentation strategies and targeted initiatives.
• Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with data‑protection regulations.
• Support campaign creation, audience identification, list management and tracking.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing analysis, CRM management or direct‑marketing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects and data sets simultaneously.
