Marketing Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the office operations of Green Marine Education consultants at UMTC in Manila. The role combines administrative duties with marketing support, ensuring smooth coordination of training programs and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to office operations and coordinate promotional and marketing activities.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records of training documents, trainee files, and accreditation paperwork.
• Assist with supplies management, basic expense tracking, and preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, instructors, materials, and logistics with stakeholders.
• Serve as the main point of coordination for clients, trainers, learners, and partner institutions.
• Update Green Marine social media and website pages with brand‑aligned content and course announcements.
• Help prepare promotional materials such as flyers, email campaigns, and respond to basic inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education Management, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support or training coordination is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with common social media platforms.
• Basic content creation using design tools such as Canva or Adobe.
