Marine Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Marine Travel Consultant to join our team and manage travel requests for marine accounts. The role involves booking airfares, handling client proposals, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet strict quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for marine clients, ensuring bookings align with client requirements.
• Coordinate with airlines and other service providers to secure optimal rates and itineraries.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations for client requests.
• Book airfares and additional travel services, issue accurate invoices, and handle ticket re‑issuance and modifications.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations and uphold transparency in handling personal information.

Required profile

• College graduate with at least two years of experience in travel consulting or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing marine accounts is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.
