Manufacturing Operator – Assembly & Testing

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator will work on the back‑end assembly line, ensuring that products are built and tested according to internal work instructions, safety standards and applicable regulations. The role involves repetitive assembly of components, preparation of dies, bonding, molding, trimming, forming and functional testing.

Key responsibilities

• Follow internal work instructions, EHS rules and safety regulations.
• Prepare dies, attach components and carry out bonding, molding, trim & form operations.
• Assemble parts to modules or modules to final products using dedicated assembly machines and specialized tools.
• Organise and monitor stock of parts, semi‑finished products and components, using a Kanban system or personal hand stock.
• Perform sight checks, functionality tests and other simple quality inspections as defined in test procedures.
• Report any non‑conformities and support continuous improvement on the line.

Required profile

• Ability to execute focused, repetitive procedures with attention to detail.
• Comfort working with machines and hand tools in a production environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory control, especially Kanban.
• Willingness to adhere to safety and quality standards.
