Manufacturing Manager

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations at its Manila facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production of high‑performance photonic sensors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manufacturing plans to meet department goals, cost targets, and delivery and quality requirements.
• Allocate resources, plan capacity, space utilization, and machine efficiency, monitoring scorecards and trends.
• Respond to operational changes, issues, and problems affecting future manufacturing performance.
• Manage production and headcount planning to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communications, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience in a senior production/engineering/managerial role, preferably in semiconductor or electronics.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
