Manufacturing Finance Controller – Pasay

About the role

The Manufacturing Finance Controller will ensure the integrity of financial data for the factory, provide high‑quality budgeting and forecasting, and act as a trusted business partner to the COO and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate factory reports and develop budgets based on well‑documented assumptions.
• Deliver precise forecasts, explaining deviations with clear business drivers.
• Partner with the COO area to provide fact‑based, root‑cause performance reporting.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports to meet business needs.
• Execute controlling tasks in line with Vestas Financial Guidelines, ensuring controls and compliance.
• Update process documentation (SOP) promptly.
• Identify, suggest, and implement improvements, participating in global optimization projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve operational issues quickly and propose necessary adjustments.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) are a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in accounting, controlling, or reporting, preferably in a BPO/shared‑service environment.
• Experience working with multicultural stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
• Business partnering experience.
