About the role

The Associate Quality Technician is an entry‑level position focused on performing basic inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards. Working under close supervision, you will follow standard operating procedures and use simple measurement tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials, in‑process parts, or finished goods using calipers and micrometers.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to conduct simple go/no‑go tests and accurately record results in quality documentation or systems.
  • Identify and segregate non‑conforming material according to established procedures.

Required profile

  • High School diploma or equivalent; entry‑level position with on‑the‑job training.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, work effectively in a team, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry.

Required skills

  • Use of basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Data entry and documentation in quality systems.
