Manufacturing Assistant Manager – Production Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant Manager to lead production operations in our Sucat, Muntinlupa facility. The role focuses on planning, organizing and controlling manufacturing activities to meet volume, quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production based on forecasts and actual demand.
• Direct daily activities in the assigned area to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain product quality, safety and sanitation standards.
• Identify and drive process improvements, equipment upgrades and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare accurate production and management reports.
• Collaborate with other operating units to support overall plant performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology, Food Technology or Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronics).
• Minimum three years of people‑management experience and at least one year in food/FMCG manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proactive attitude toward operational challenges.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
